Grant Dull
Grant Dull is the Executive Director of Keystone REN. Formerly he was the Senior Director of Business Development at FirstLight Fiber where he focused on integrating the former KINBER asset, market strategy, government affairs, business and corporate development, as well as grant management. Prior to his role at FirstLight, from 2018-2021, Grant served as KINBER’s Director of Business Development and Operations where he successfully led day-to-day operations and managed the client base. He has significant experience working with state/local government and community anchor institutions within Pennsylvania and the broader mid-atlantic and northeastern regions. He is recognized for his ability to create strategic relationships, manage complex projects and business functions, and passion towards providing connectivity to the unserved and underserved. Grant is a graduate of Dickinson College
Ken Miller
Ken Miller is the Chief Technology Officer. Ken is dedicated to driving secure and high-performance scientific collaboration while offering valuable resources and support to the research and education community. Ken is committed to leveraging network data to enhance financial planning, infrastructure strategy, and user engagement. Before joining KeystoneREN, Ken worked for the US Department of Energy’s ESnet (Energy Sciences Network) at the Berkeley Lab, in Berkeley, CA. He previously served as the Cyber Infrastructure Engineer of Penn State’s Science DMZ and Research Networking services. Ken holds a degree in computer science from Juniata College.
Jennifer Oxenford
Jennifer Oxenford is Chief Relationship Officer at Keystone REN where she is responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting strategic relationships and partnerships focusing on the innovative use of digital technologies and cyberinfrastructure by research, educational, and non-profit institutions in Pennsylvania and beyond. Jennifer has dedicated her 25+ year career to supporting the communities she serves and is passionate about extending the research of advanced cyberinfrastructure and broadband to unserved and underserved communities. Prior to Keystone REN, Jennifer was part of the senior leadership teams at NYSERNet, KINBER, and MAGPI/University of Pennsylvania. She serves on several national advisory boards and steering committees including the Internet2 Inclusivity Initiative, US UCANN Gigabit Libraries and Beyond, and Northeast Big Data Innovation Hub. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in English literature from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia.
Ben Miller
Ben Miller is the Director of Engineering and Operations of KeystoneREN and is responsible for the design, monitoring, improvement, and support of network services throughout the state. Prior to this role, he was the Director of Engineering and Operations at KINBER. Ben earned his bachelor’s of science in Information Sciences and Technology with an integration and application option from Pennsylvania State University. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University.
Wendy Huntoon
Wendy has worked in the fields of high performance networking and computing for over 30 years and is currently co-PI on the NSF funded Women in IT Networking at SC (WINS) project aimed at addressing the prevalent gender gap that exists in Information Technology (IT). Through out her career she has worked to enhance high performance networking infrastructure, technology, and services for the research community, including cyberinfrastructure deployment and network performance analysis and tuning. Much of her recent focus has been on campus cyberinfrastructure, in particular identifying research and education science and application drivers and the regional and campus network technologies and services to support these applications.
