The network provides advanced network connectivity and next generation broadband to hospitals, healthcare, and medical organizations of all sizes. It enables value-added services like Ultra (4K) high-definition (UHD) video, telepresence or videoconferencing, and data sharing. The collaborative environment also provides opportunities for connected institutions to share best practices, content and programs across the network and save costs using KMEX, the KeystoneREN Member Exchange.

rURAL HEALTHCARE CONNECT FUND
The Universal Services Healthcare Connect Fund (HCF) provides a 65% discount on eligible broadband services for rural health care providers. Facilities can apply as an individual provider or as part of a consortium of providers. Consortiums can include providers in both rural and non-rural areas. Facilities must be in a rural location as defined by the FCC. If your facility is not in a rural area, it still may be eligible to apply as part of a consortium.
